These Terms of Service govern your use of all Operon E2I LLC services, including operone2i.com, the Recall iQ AI study application, and the Financial Checkup financial health platform. Please read them carefully.

Auto-Renewal & Free Trial Notice

Recall iQ Unlimited and Financial Checkup Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before day 8. See Section 3 for full details and cancellation instructions.

Important Notice

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms include important provisions regarding auto-renewal billing, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution by binding arbitration.

Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any Operon E2I LLC website, mobile application, or service — including operone2i.com, the Recall iQ study application, and the Financial Checkup financial health platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Capacity to Contract

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Description of Services

Service Offerings

Operon E2I LLC provides technology consulting, web development, digital marketing, AI software solutions, and related professional services through operone2i.com. We also offer two software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications: Recall iQ (an AI-powered study and exam preparation platform available on web and Android) and Financial Checkup (a financial health diagnostic and planning platform available on web). All services may include APIs, data analytics, and professional services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Section 3

Subscriptions, Free Trials & Auto-Renewal

Subscription Plans

Certain services, including Recall iQ and Financial Checkup, are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Available plans include monthly and annual billing cycles as described on the applicable product pricing page at the time of purchase.

Free Trial — IMPORTANT: AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

Recall iQ Unlimited and Financial Checkup Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD at the then-current subscription rate ($7.99/month for Recall iQ Unlimited, or $9.99/month for Financial Checkup Monthly) unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will not receive a separate notice before the trial ends and the charge occurs. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before 11:59 PM Pacific Time on day 7 of your trial. Annual plans ($74/year for Recall iQ, $96/year for Financial Checkup) are not eligible for the free trial and are billed in full at the time of purchase.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or by emailing info@operone2i.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period for which you have paid. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged except as described in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your active subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Billing and Payment

We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All amounts are in US dollars. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of your subscription until payment is resolved.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Paid monthly and annual subscribers (excluding free trial users who were charged at trial end) may request a full refund within 30 days of their first paid charge by contacting info@operone2i.com. After 30 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. This guarantee applies once per account per product.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users' access.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches at info@operone2i.com.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; engage in fraudulent activities; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our AI-generated content or proprietary scoring models; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Section 5

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Age Requirement

Our services are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on their behalf.

No Collection of Data from Children Under 13

Operon E2I LLC does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our services are not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

Parental Notice

If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@operone2i.com and we will take steps to remove that information.

Section 6

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, scoring algorithms, and trademarks — are owned by Operon E2I LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services (such as notes, PDFs, or study materials uploaded to Recall iQ, or financial data entered into Financial Checkup). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

You agree not to upload or submit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted textbook material, licensed exam questions, or proprietary course content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection and Use

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

Financial Data — Special Notice

Financial Checkup does not require or store bank account credentials or connect to financial institutions. Financial data you enter manually is used solely to generate your diagnostic score and action plan. We do not sell, share, or monetize your financial inputs.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting info@operone2i.com.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Rights of California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: (1) know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of personal information we hold about them, subject to certain exceptions; (3) opt out of the sale of personal information; and (4) non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Operon E2I LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Categories of Information Collected

We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address); internet or other electronic network activity (usage data, IP address); and, for Financial Checkup users, financial data you voluntarily enter (income, expenses, debt amounts). We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or bank credentials.

How to Submit a Request

California residents may submit a request to access, delete, or correct their personal information by emailing info@operone2i.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Not Financial Advice

Financial Checkup provides educational financial health information and general guidance only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The scores, recommendations, and action plans generated are algorithmic and informational in nature. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions.

Not Academic or Professional Advice

Recall iQ is a study aid tool. AI-generated flashcards, quizzes, and explanations are provided for educational purposes and may contain errors. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, certification results, or academic performance.

Service Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operon E2I LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 10

Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@operone2i.com. Upon termination, your right to use paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period. Free tier access may continue unless you specifically request account deletion.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon account deletion, you will lose access to your account and any data stored in our services, including score history, study decks, and saved plans. We may delete your data after a 30-day grace period, subject to legal requirements and our data retention policies. You may export your data before deletion by contacting us.
