This refund policy applies to all services and products offered by Operon E2I LLC, including Tech Solutions, Virtual Courses, and the Recall IQ mobile application. We are committed to fair, transparent, and mission-first resolutions.
All one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. A project is considered "commenced" when the initial discovery call or onboarding session has been completed, or when any deliverable (wireframe, brief, architecture document, etc.) has been provided. If you cancel before commencement, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee.
Monthly service fees (hosting, support, SEO management, analytics, etc.) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your service will remain active through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
The 30-Minute Free Strategy Call carries no charge and requires no refund. For paid one-time Strategic Consulting engagements ($799), a full refund is available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund is issued once the session has taken place or a written deliverable has been sent.
The Consulting Partnership requires a 3-month minimum commitment ($5,397 billed upfront). This fee is non-refundable after the engagement kick-off meeting. If Operon E2I LLC is unable to fulfill the agreed scope of services, a prorated refund for unused months will be issued at our discretion.
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will work with you to revise, correct, or replace the deliverable at no additional charge. Refunds for completed work are issued at the sole discretion of Operon E2I LLC after a good-faith resolution attempt has been made.
Single session purchases are non-refundable once the session has been attended. If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session of the same course within the current cohort, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
A full refund is available if requested before Session 1 begins. After Session 1 has been attended, no refund is issued. If you miss sessions due to documented emergencies, you may request a one-time deferral to the next available cohort (subject to availability).

No refund is issued after Session 4 has taken place. Certificate eligibility and final exam access are forfeited upon refund.
Enrolling in a 2-, 3-, or 4-pay plan does not change the refund eligibility window — it is still based on session attendance, not payment installments. If a refund is granted, any outstanding installments are cancelled and only amounts already paid within the refundable window are returned. Amounts already collected for attended sessions are not refunded.
If you purchased a multi-course bundle (2, 3, or 4 courses) and request a partial refund for one course, the bundle discount will be recalculated. The refunded amount will reflect the standard single-course price for courses you retain, and the discount savings forfeited on the withdrawn course will be deducted from the refund.
If a session is cancelled or cut short due to technical issues on our end, affected students will receive either a make-up session at no additional charge or a prorated credit toward a future course. Technical issues on the student's side (internet, device, software) do not qualify for a refund or credit.
All purchases made through the Google Play Store — including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and one-time upgrades — are subject to Google Play's own refund policy. Operon E2I LLC does not process refunds for Play Store transactions directly. Please visit the Google Play Help Center to request a refund through the appropriate Google channel.
Recall IQ subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Google Play. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; the current subscription period remains active and is not refunded.
If you experience a critical bug or functionality failure that prevents normal use of the app, please contact our support team at info@operone2i.com with a description of the issue and your device information. We will investigate and provide a resolution. Documented app-side failures may qualify for a credit or refund at our discretion, separate from the Google Play process.
As a veteran-owned business, we extend additional goodwill to active-duty military members and veterans facing deployment, duty reassignment, or service-related emergencies. Please contact us directly — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, including deferrals, credits, or partial refunds.
Serious documented emergencies — including medical hospitalization, family bereavement, or natural disaster — may be considered for an exception to our standard policy. Supporting documentation may be requested. Contact us within 14 days of the relevant event to initiate a review.
If Operon E2I LLC fails to deliver an agreed-upon service or product within the timeline stated in your service agreement, and no mutually agreed extension has been made, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered service. This does not apply to delays caused by client-side factors such as missing content, delayed feedback, or lack of access to required systems.
Email info@operone2i.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name / Order]". Include your full name, the service or product purchased, the date of purchase, your reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant supporting information.
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We may follow up to ask clarifying questions or request documentation. We will notify you of our decision via email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For installment plan customers, future scheduled payments will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval. Partial refunds will reflect the prorated amount due per the applicable policy section.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services and account access while the dispute is under review. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
"Non-refundable" means Operon E2I LLC will not issue a cash or credit refund for that fee under standard circumstances. It does not preclude us from offering goodwill credits, deferrals, or other accommodations at our sole discretion.
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer an account credit applicable toward any Operon E2I service or course. Credits do not expire and are transferable to another person upon written request.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active customers. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from transactions with Operon E2I LLC are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fresno County, California.
